What is your return policy?
 
Exchanges or Store Credits ONLY within 30 days of original receipt. Merchandise MUST be in original packaging with tags attached and with original receipt.

All perfume, perishable items, uniforms, electronics, pierced jewelry, sale/markdown, & Pop-Up Show items are FINAL SALE.

Swarovski & Brighton merchandise need to be returned to manufacturer for ALL repairs.

ALL PERSONALIZED (ENGRAVED AND/OR EMBOSSED) MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE, NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN.
